As a member of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Chartered Insurance Institute (London), Mr. Ajisafe possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the insurance domain. His academic pursuits also include a master’s degree from the London Graduate School and an Honorary Doctorate degree from Commonwealth University, reflecting his continuous pursuit of excellence.
With over 20 years of experience in the intricate fields of oil and gas, aviation, and general risk, Mr. Ajisafe stands as a beacon of proficiency in insurance brokering. His specialisation in accounts such as Oil and Gas, Aviation, Energy, and Power positions him as one of the foremost experts in these domains within the insurance broking sub-sector.
Mr. Ajisafe’s global outlook is evident in his strategic partnerships with the London Lloyds insurance market and prominent Insurance Brokers in the UK, USA, and South Africa. These collaborations underscore his commitment to fostering international connections for the benefit of the organizations he represents.
Before joining the team at Post Assurance Brokers Limited, Mr. Ajisafe contributed significantly to various organizations, including Elmac Assurance Ltd, Gold Link Insurance Plc, and First Guaranty Risk Solutions. Notably, as Head of Business Development at the latter, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s fortunes.
During his tenure as Managing Director/CEO of Capstone Insurance Brokers, Mr. Ajisafe demonstrated exemplary leadership, turning the company into a profit-making organization. His decision to join forces with the new management at Post Assurance Brokers Limited in 2012 further exemplifies his dedication to driving positive change and contributing to the growth of organizations.
Mr. Ajisafe serves as a Director of various organizations, including Standard Street Manpower Limited, a utility and manpower provision company.
